Join us if you:
  • Have at least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within logistics, transportation, or shipment industry (experience in the Baltics is a strong advantage).
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage sales pipeline and client interactions via CRM, ensuring proper lead qualification and follow-up.
  • Are fluent in Estonian (mandatory) and spoken English.
  • Are self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
The role is expected to commence in March 2026.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales of express delivery services across Estonia and in cross-border markets (Europe, Ukraine).
  • Identify, attract, and onboard new business clients.
  • Analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Maintain and expand long-term relationships with partners and key accounts.
  • Cooperate with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Nova Post Estonia at meetings, events, and presentations.
