- Actively search for new business partners / sellers: calls, emails, and visits to potential sellers;
- Conduct negotiations and sign contracts with prospective Marketplace sellers;
- Prepare offers, presentations, and sales documentation;
- Communicate daily with Marketplace sellers on operational matters: provide support using internal systems, onboarding, and data entry;
- Support the team in achieving common goals and improving processes within a growing department.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or e-commerce experience is a strong advantage);
- Proactivity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly interact with both sellers and colleagues;
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve business targets;
- Excellent command of Estonian and English languages.
