Sales and Business Development ManagerOur client is hiring a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and develop Estonian operations for a Baltic-wide company. You will focus on sales, client relationship management and business development, drive growth initiatives, implement organizational improvements and ensure smooth operational functioning.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients in Estonia, building and maintaining strong relationships and managing the client portfolio.
  • Drive sales initiatives, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Estonian office, including sales, logistics and warehousing, ensuring efficient processes and reliable delivery.
  • Organize and participate in monthly sales meetings across the Baltics and coordinate cross border activities.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies and maintain a clear understanding of purchasing and logistics implications.
  • Lead a team of 7-8 employees (sales representatives, warehouse staff, warehouse manager), foster proactivity and continuous improvement, and implement structural changes to increase efficiency and accountability.
  • Contribute to company-wide strategic planning, align Estonian operations with regional and global goals, and ensure clear operational and administrative governance.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales expertise, preferably in B2B and industrial sectors.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, purchasing, logistics and client management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills, proactive and self-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Previous management experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
