- Work with newly registered Estonian sellers (inbound leads): initial contact, needs assessment, and presenting commercial offers;
- Manage the seller onboarding process from first contact to contract signing - negotiations and presentation of terms;
- Prepare new sellers for trading on the Marketplace: ensure they quickly understand processes related to pricing, catalog structure, product listings, and platform usage, enabling them to start selling;
- Monitor seller activity and progress - identify those who need additional support to start selling;
- Collaborate with internal Marketplace and company teams to remove obstacles for seller onboarding.
- Excellent Estonian language skills - required for daily written and verbal communication with Estonian sellers;
- Good English skills for internal communication;
- Experience working with business clients (an advantage in e-commerce or Marketplace environments);
- Ability to work in a structured way within complex processes;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - ability to clearly present Marketplace value to businesses of different sizes;
- Technical literacy - ability to work with e-commerce systems, order management, and seller management tools;
- Results-oriented mindset - ability to achieve targets (activate quality sellers, ensure they start selling, and maintain their activity).
