- Company's marketing strategy and product marketing plans and sales targets execution at Key Accounts. KA strategy development and execution.
- Direct cooperation with Pharmacy chains' marketing and sales management.
- Providing support and the leading role in annual contract negotiations.
- Close collaboration with Marketing department and support functions (legal, finances, portfolio, supply, regulatory, medical).
- Analysis of KAs performance based on sales targets achievements. Regular ROI (return on investment) through KA P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis monitoring, and focus on on profitable activities.
- University degree (business, business management, finance or economics are an advantage)
- Estonian and English fluent in writing and speech
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of P/L and general business management
- Key Account Management experience is an advantage
