- Own the Sales Journey: Manage the full sales lifecycle from identifying new business opportunities to expertly negotiating and closing game-changing deals.
- Expand Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities that drive mutual growth.
- Showcase Innovation: Deliver compelling software overviews and demonstrations that highlight the transformative value of Trimble’s BIM solutions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure a seamless and high-impact customer experience.
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute tailored plans for individual opportunities while maintaining an accurate, high-performing sales pipeline.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Design clear, professional, and high-impact proposals that articulate unique value to both prospective clients and long-term partners.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Generate high-impact, accurate reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts by using our CRM system Salesforce.
- SaaS Expertise: You bring some years of successful experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strategic Closer: You are a natural communicator with robust negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Communication Pro: You possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a customer organization.
- Sales Execution: You are a goal-oriented closer with a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships and utilizing robust negotiation skills to secure high-value deals.
- Industry Knowledge: You possess professional experience or a degree that provides a strong foundation for technical sales in a global environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Estonian and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Travel Requirement: around 10%
- Construction Industry Background: Background in working with digital solutions in Construction Industry and understanding the value of BIM and project management software solutions
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Language Proficiency: Any additional language skills.
