Salary range for this position group: is 2680 to 3850 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.

We supply power and natural gas to 1.5 million customers in Lithuania and, through our operations in Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Poland, we are accelerating the development of green energy throughout the wider Baltic region.Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a new colleague to join Ignitis Eesti team where you'll be focusing on expanding the usage of our public EV charging network. Identifying and engaging B2B clients to promote the use of Ignitis public EV charging stations
Conducting market research and preparing businesses for electrification, providing education, sharing insights, and experiences
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers to expand our charging network and negotiating the best possible terms for the construction of the charging station
Seeking additional business development opportunities
Performing comprehensive market and customer needs analysis, generate and implement ideas to optimize the offer and proposed solutions
Continuously improving product knowledge, present the product and related innovations to stakeholders

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience in a full closing role
Higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher)
Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Capability to independently approach decision makers
Strong oral and written communication skills in Estonian and English
Ability to multitask, work both independently and in a team, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations
B category driving license
