- Developing competences of employees according to the competence development plan.
- Improvement of development and maintenance processes in regards of Mechanical Design responsibilities.
- Ensure execution of department strategy and Administration of employees.
- Resource allocation, optimization and balancing between projects and activities.
- Previous technical or engineering people and/or project leadership experience
- Ability to effectively evaluate and provide feedback on an employee's job performance, contributions, and areas for improvement
- Proven track record of developing people through coaching, mentoring new team members and upskilling existing staff
- Understanding organizational goals to align strategies and initiatives with business objectives
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in managing changes
- English proficiency at a conversational level
- Master of Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or similar degree
