Renalpharma Group is a leading medical device distributor in the Baltics with a strong focus on dialysis, surgery and vascular solutions working with top global manufacturers.We continue to grow and we are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Product Manager to join our team in Estonia. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, delivering product presentations, and supporting the introduction of high-quality medical solutions that help improve patient care in the local market.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
Preferred bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to comprehend scientific/clinical studies related to the product portfolio.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Estonian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to promote our portfolio of products in Estonia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support the commercialization of our products.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Deliver educational and promotional presentations to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
