  • Coordinate endtoend sea freight operations, including bookings, documentation and shipment followup.
  • Provide timely, accurate customer information and ensure all customer interactions are logged in CRM (CoreLog).
  • Ensure all existing customers are engaged regularly, with emails handled as KN Service Moments.
  • Manage spot quotes, pricing alignment and rebate capture using SeaQuote.
  • Confirm expected Gross Profit (GP) within required timelines and ensure 95% invoice accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with sea transport regulations, financial guidelines and internal working instructions.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to secure costefficient operational solutions.
  • Use KPI dashboards to monitor performance, drive improvement and reduce waste within workflows.

In this role, you will handle transport execution, coordinate with carriers and suppliers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth operational workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining high service quality, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring compliance across all operational and financial processes.Your RoleAs a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert, you will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, provide timely and accurate updates to customers, and ensure all shipments are executed efficiently and according to regulations. You will work closely with our Customer Care, Operational Care, Finance, and Process & Systems teams to deliver bestinclass service and maintain operational excellence
  • Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain management with strong Sea Logistics knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of sea freight operations, regulations and carrier relationships.
  • Solid organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with KN systems, products and processes (SeaLOG, Acon+, CoreLog, eTouch).
  • Financial awareness, including cost/risk management and commercial decisionmaking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a proactive, problemsolving approach.
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment and continuously improve workflows.
