- Own one or more product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Translate complex, ambiguous business and user problems into clear design decisions

- Product teams move faster thanks to clarity, consistency, and design standardization
- Proven experience owning design for complex digital products
- Experience working in cross-functional teams where design influenced outcomes, not only execution
- A portfolio showcasing your process from problem definition, research, and trade-offs to UX, interaction, and visual design
- Analytical mindset aimed at improving products
- Ability to operate with autonomy
- Ability to plan and conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product decisions
- Experience working with and evolving design systems
- Clear and effective communication skills for providing direction and incorporating feedback
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products
