About the role:As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for a large scale of different areas of CRM and its related activities, including planning, execution, copywriting, testing, segmenting, analyzing and ensuring high metrics across all customer journey points. This role is suitable for a flexible individual, capable to succeed in performing multiple various tasks as well as to see a bigger picture of CRM while building customer journeys from the point of activation until churn. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will play a crucial part in formulating the overall CRM strategy for multiple markets.
