Employment Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week) or Full-time (40 hrs/week)About the RoleWe are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in the Baltic region. You will assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and provide high-quality customer support.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in DanishAssist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookingsProvide travel advice and customized itinerary planningManage changes, cancellations, and travel-related issuesEnsure excellent customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records in booking systemsRequirementsDanish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)English proficiency: B2 level or higher (required)Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer and booking system knowledgeWhat We OfferFlexible schedule: 20 or 40 hours per weekCompetitive salaryInternational work environmentCareer development opportunitiesModern office in Estonia (hybrid/onsite)
